racing hart wheels

I picked up a pair of 17-9 3 piece racing hart wheels #759 for $40. Question is where can I find lips for these wheels? I have looked everywhere and cant find a answer. I want to put 4 inch lips and use them as track wheels they are 40 hole 1 1/8 inch apart if that helps. Any help would be great, thanks.

Good luck, they have been discontinued for looong time, the newer Racing Hart wheels are welded together even though they are still 3-piece wheels.I have a set of 19" CR's on my Supra,which are welded,had 19" old-school C2's ,which could be taken apart. If you just want to widen the lips,Weldcraft can do that, but if you want replacement lips,it won't be easy,especially with 17's.
