That's a vvery cool car. They were driving the &$?@ out of it today. The autocross course had some good high speed sections in it and the cars were turning some serious rpms

I was there yesterday myself, and the event was great. I kept going back and forth from drag racing to autocross as the family wanted to watch both as much as possible.

And this my friends is why you don't buy suspension parts off epay from china! Suppose the Chinese beat on their product with confidence like Brett or the Tuckers? He!! No!

Bret and the gang over at Ride Tech and the Tuckers are all first class all the way,,,, and you're right the Chinese stuff is what it is.... I am very please to see threads like this on the board that show the appreciation for these two companies in particular because they sure have been there for all of us in a big non-stop fashion for years....

Thank you to Ride Tech and DSE,,,, you guys are great!!!!

Just curious, does anyone have any idea how many sets of tires they have gone through on the 48hour Camaro since it was built? I would be real interested to know what kind of mileage they get out of a set of tires with all the autocross and track driving they do.

9 pair of fronts, 4 pair of rear...so far. Approx. 9,000 miles.

      Really hard miles

My ride made the cover too and 5 page spread same issue. I never thought it would ever make a mag. It's certainly not in the league of the 48 hour camaro but it is a bit different than the norm I guess that's why they picked it. I've never ridden in the 48 camaro yet but I'd have to say after taking only one ride with you in the 66 chevelle thru the cones at my very first ever AX event last year I don't believe my heart could handle a road course with you behind the wheel. Hope to see you at GG in Fort worth in a couple of weeks, if not maybe at run to the Alamo in Feb. I'd like to give it my first go at a road course, you already got me addicted to AX.

I've seen the 48hr Camaro at the Run to Music City , and the Midwest Musclecar Challenge .
      It is very fast !
Always in the top 3 or 4 at every event !

What this shows , is that Ride Tech knows their stuff .
The suspension products they design and build (at their facility ) in Jasper , Indiana are second to none in the industry .
It's great to see American Ingenuity is strong and well .

If anyone gets a chance to visit Ride Tech's facility in Jasper , Indiana , go for it !
The shop tour is worth the trip !
They have some of the most interesting and advanced manufacturing equipment I've ever seen .
Computer controlled , robotic warehousing equipment , CNC machines , Robotic tubing benders , etc ,,,

The 48hr Camaro uses the Tru-Turn System from Ride Tech .
I am in the process of getting one of these systems for my car .
I can't wait to make some improvements.
