Considering the recent release date of the new air ride 4 link bolt in kit for first gen f bodys, I wont expect to many detailed answers, just some opinions. The new kit is a bolt in kit, but it utilizes the same mounting points for the new peices i.e., the front leaf spring mount. So knowing this do you think this set up will work with mini tubs like the DSE kit. Or is it possible to relocate the mounting point , either the old front mount or on the axle tubes.

Ok heres the skinny..... I personally have not fitted one of these up here at the shop but from what I have gathered from a couple customers that have run this combo this is the feedback that I am getting.They will work just fine with the Mini tubs but you will not be able to run a tire the full width of the mini tub. You can run one larger than what your springs would orginally allow though because the profile of the bar is narrower then the OE leafs.

Would you be able to move the spring pads inward on the axle just as you would with a leaf spring and mini tub?

Thanks Tony, Sorry For the long reply. Been busy at work, but that sounds like a fair judgement on your part and it sounds like its just a fit and refit untill you find what you like. Thanks again.
