Almost finished my L-88 headlight setup

After waiting 13 weeks for my headlight covers from guldstrand motorsports ,i finally started fitting them to the car, they have to trimmed and painted but they really change the look of the car.Ive been trying to get it to look more like the older vintage racers and now its starting too. After these pics i raised the headlights up higher in the buckets,it looks better and more light shines through.Im looking for some black flat headed allen screws to mount them to the brackets, once painted you wont see the brackets at all.Ill get some pics outside when im done.

Dang, you guys are making me miss my vette. I always wanted those headlight covers for mine too, but just never got past the go fast and turn hard parts in that project. I always wanted to copy the windshield screens that the race cars ran too, run flat black or flat white side pipes, then run flat black or flat white rally wheels in 17X9 size to fit 275/40/17's on. Nice looking vettes, both of you!
