      T/A Number

I was just wondering what do you think of idea
of putting a classic gum ball number on the hood of 79 TA
      instead of the classic Bird??????

I asked the guys in my car club and they think its a stupid idea
but they all think the 17s on the car are stupid
cause they aren't the classic snow flakes

In the beginning I only used the numbers for track days. Then a bunch of people said "Leave them on" so I did for a few years. I realized after a while that it's distracting for other drivers on road. So sometimes I leave them on a while after track days, sometimes I take them off. Usually depends if I'll be going to track days again relatively soon or not. My car's not a TA so I've never had the traditional TA stickers. The gumballs I use I have printed on low tac vinyl so I can take them off easily. The print shop I use has the artwork on file and I get several sets of stickers made each time to keep costs down.
