1969 Camaro LSA project

I'm installing an LSA motor and 6L90 transmission in my 1969 Camaro. I Mounted the complete engine/transmission assembly into my TCI subframe and rolled the whole setup under my car today. Here's a few photos.

Rod, not yet, but when everything's bolted up tight, I'll probably need to. I see you're from Metamora. I live in Houston, TX now, but I grew up in Washington, and my neighbor lived in Germantown before moving here. Small world.

My Fesler trunk hinges arrived and they looked great. Had to do an immediate install. But now the trunk looks even more unfinished in comparison to the hinges. I'm aware of a couple of kits for finishing the trunk (http://www.roddoors.com/pages/camaro.html and http://www.heartbeatcity.com/store/p...tom--67-68-69/ ). Anyone have experience with these or others?

Second i had never heard of RODDOORS.com the got sum real nice stuff @ great prices, the home page says they are out of business do know if some one else is producing there stuff?

I have a Pontiac G6 shifter, which gives me tap-up, tap-down, but I'll still probably put in paddle shifters.

I don't know if roddoors is still in business, or not.

I saw another site that has plywood panels cut to fit, but I can't find their site again.

Roddoors is out of business. The trunk lid liner offered by Heartbeat City is a quality product You will like it. Here is a picture of mine I got from them.

I picked up the engine from a guy in Memphis via eBay. It was a factory replacement engine that was never installed. I picked up the transmission from a guy in California that is also installing an LSA motor, but he decided to go with a manual 6-speed instead. The tranny is from a CTS-V, so the tail/driveshaft connection is a little odd. Mark at Street & Performance swapped out the tail and output shaft so I could run a conventional yoke. The transmission mount was a little easier with the truck tail too.
