      Miss Murder Update

The LS2/T56 combo is down in the car along with the beautiful radiator that I bought from Frank at Prodigy. The wiring harness from John at Speartech is in. The Rick's Stainless tank is installed. The hood has been painted flat black.

      BUT

The Stainless Works headers hit the steering shaft. So, that issue is being worked out right now.

I have still yet to see the car in person as I bought it on ebay while in Afghanistan. The build is being done at a small shop in FL. I'm coming up with the ideas and ordering parts, my dad is playing parts runner and the shop is putting it together. In 3 weeks he will drop it off at Vengeance Racing for the Magnacharger install and I will pick it up when it's done after I'm back in the US.

I have some pics now but nothing that is on the net to source. If someone can host, PM me and I'll email them.

It is, my dad said it looks great.

I'm keeping the gold for right now... this project went way above what I originally planned very quickly. I purchased the car as a daily driver for work on the east coast, as I didn't want to take the Z06 to VA. However, I just put in my two weeks notice for that job. I realized that having nothing but LS engines since 2001 I didn't want to go back to an old school smallblock... so I ebay'd an LS2/T56. Then I found a used Maggie with only 4500 miles on it for 4500. Next thing you know it snowballs into this.

Yesterday I ordered a set of Coys C-5's in Black Chrome. 18x8 and 18x9.5's. They should look nice on it. The gold is really growing on me.

The hood was just painted several weeks ago... matte black. I think it should look sharp.

WOW! Black chrome and gold will look killer! I would paint the hood gold too in order to keep them guessing!
