      Transmission problem

I've been having problems with my transmission grinding as if the clutch isnt all the way in when I shift from 3rd to 4th gear. My transmission is a M21 4 speed. What's really wierd is this has only happened after I've drove the car for a while. Maybe 20-30 mins or so. I've talked to a few people and one guy said it could be low on fluid. Another said it could be the synchro could be off some. I'm fairly new to manual transmissions considering this my first ever manual transmission i've owned in a car. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'd think if it was a synchro, it would do it all the time. Low fluid sounds more likely, since it's thicker when first started and then thins out as it heats up.

yeah that's what I was thinking as well. Thanks for the reply. I was just wanting to make sure it wasn't something else that I might not know about. Hopefully it will fix the problem.
