      unafordable wheels

After mowing over wheels for months,I am at my end.The wheels I want are way out of my price range. The car,a 69 camaro,is coming together nicely mostly due to hard work on a tight buget.I need some ideas on wheels that are maybe similar or used. The wheels are Fikse profil 13 in 18 inch. Any help on different ones, where to look for used ones, anyone that is selling a set would be a big help.

Driverz Inc is having a good sale on the right now. Call them up.

The only other thing I can think of is used OEM wheels. Like a corvette or even a BMW.

      Good luck with your project.

I have learned after buying stuff and selling stuff, That its best to get what you want the first time. You wont ever be truly satisfied in the end and trust me im speaking from experience. Honestly, I would call Jon up at Driverz Inc, They are having a sell on the wheels right now and Jon is a really great guy to work with. If you cant buy the whole set up front, Just buy 2 at a time. When you order the wheels you only have to put down a 50% deposit and you will still get some time to get the rest of the money together.

Some things are just better waiting for.

As mentioned above, Look for some BMW wheels. You will have to run adapters but that will be your best bet in finding a wheel that looks more "correct" to the fikse wheels you want.

Ditto this statement! I'm making some costly changes to my build now because of this. Just hoping I get out of what I need to sell that I have into it, or at least close.

What about a set of Profil 5S? What size are you looking at? I am thinking very seriously about going a different direction with my wheels. If so, I will have a set of Profil 5s (18x12 and 18x8) w/BFG KDW2 tires already mounted available. Shoot me a PM if interested.

If you could reveal the amount of the budget that you are trying to work with, it would save a lot of guesswork. Along with the widths and backspacing that you will need to fit what you have.
