Thought some might find this interesting.

Started looking at what we need interior wise and found a unique and strange fix on the brittle plastic door panel reinforcements for the 2nd Gen Camaros and Firebirds. Pretty funny! Somebody ate a few Popsicles!!!!

Are those valve cover bolts From totally stainless?
If not where did you get them?
I need to change the valve cover gaskets on my 403 and would like a set of those.

Actually no. They were just shoulder bolts in our nut and bolt bin. By the time all the crap goes on the engine, probably won't even see them.

      Update,

Kinda took a bit of a break from the T/A over the holidays but did hang one fender and get the new dash painted.

Still have to go back and loosen the suspension with more weight on the nose, then drop it like a rock!

So, full length headers are ok for emissions? This car has cats, right? Thought anything in front of the cats would have to be CARB approved, no?

Looking good! I know those noses are always a fight to get them to line up with the hood.

Looks beautiful. Glad to see someone did a 403 instead of chucking it. My 79 TA has the 301 and I probably be won't re-use it! Keep the updates rollin'!
