Corvette ZR1 LS9 Engine Assembly Animation and Screensaver

A couple of years ago, I created a LS2 engine assembly screensaver and receive a ton of hits from your forum. I made a new one for ZR1 LS9 Corvette that actually shows it put into the Corvette

I don't want to be that guy that signs up for a forum and start posting unsolicited links. I contacted Larry Callahan and he liked what he saw and thought you guys would too. Here's the rest of the story:

I made this new one for the release of the 2009 ZR1, but was asked by GM to not release it, because they had their own version and marketing plans.

When the Corvette Engine Build Experience started for the 2011 Model Year, I asked if I could provide a personalized version for each customer. (color, state license plate, name) and they loved the idea.

With the success of the CEBE program I asked if I could share it with the general public

You can preview it on youtube

Or download it in your favorite color ZR1 as a screensaver at: http://www.smallblockscreensaver.com

I know a 100 MB screensaver is a little ridiculous, but a lot of comments on the LS2 version was the poor resolution . So I made this one in HD (1280x800).

My favorite part is the last minute and half, when that 638 HP monster is placed into the vehicle.

That is pretty cool, did you do that in NX, VisView or something else?

I liked how the crank turned to align with the rod and cap each time a slug was shoved into the block.

      Neat vid...good job.
