      TKO 600 help!!!

Long story short, my TKO 600 has been at the body shop to measure floor cutout for the automatic to manual conversion. Got to installing it today, and realized that the instructions sent are for the manual-manual conversion, and I'm assuming some major parts are missing. Got halfway through installing the bellhousing and now I'm stuck....

Nothing in my parts resembles a clutch fork pivot ball or anything the diameter of where it seems to be. There seems to be a 3/4" threaded location where it would logically go. Im hoping someone has installed this before and can tell me the part, and where I can find it. Hopefully locally since this is the only day I have to finish putting it in the frame.

What kind of car is this going in ???
What clutch linkage / setup / clutch fork are you using ??
Are you just looking for a clutch pivot ball ???
Most of the dealers can get them .

Of all the parts that are included in the kit, there are two ball studs....one is completely round and the wrapper is labeled z-bar ball stud and has approx 3/8" threads and a nut. The other one has a flat top and rubber bushing behind the ball, and is labeled just "ball stud". It has approx. 1/2" threads with no nut.... don't know if this narrows it down.

Its going into a 69 Chevelle, up against a Gen I 355 sbc. Its a mechanical clutch assembly for the Keisler TKO 600 Perfect Fit conversion. Unfortunately, I don't have a parts list to compare the parts that I do have. In the parts I have do have, there is a pivot ball, but it's way too small for that 3/4" threaded hole in the back of my bell housing. The housing is a Keisler in-house production. But the clutch seems to be a standard clutch fork.....

Ball stud without the nut goes into your block. Ball stud labeled z-bar ball stud bolts onto the tab secured to the drivers side frame. Keisler probably sent you a weld on tab. You can easily order a bolt-on unit and your frame already has a predrilled and tapped hole for the tab to mount. This is the setup that supports the bell crank, or "z-bar". It's different than the ball that the clutch fork pivots on.

Ok, I see what you're talking about. I've got the bolt on tab that was connected with my shift linkage when the turbo 350 was in the car. The best I can tell is that I am missing a part that looks like a McLeod Adjustable Clutch Ball Stud based in the recess in the 13/16" threaded area on the bell housing. I guess I'm going to have to put this on hold until someone from Keisler shows up to work and can send me out the right parts. Thanks for the help guys!!
