      67 Camaro retro console

Just thought I would share my console project. My car is an original console with gauge car, but not much use for the original gauges since I'm running a modern alternator and electronic overdrive transmission. I decided to run Autometer gauges and build a new console keeping as much of the look of the original console. I still have a quite a ways to go, but this is what I've gotten done so far. I will be updating this soon. I haven't had time to mess with it lately. I ordered a Billet Specialties interior light to put in the rear of the console like the original 67 console is and I am working out, in my head right now, a way to install a fold out cup holder in the rear of the console. I hope to have this near completion within a couple weeks.

I'm still working on it, but have made progress on it. I'll post up a picture of it at the stage it is right now. I sidelined the console build for the installation of mini tubs, ridetech suspension and now panel fitment. I do plan to get back on the console here soon though.
