Thanks Frank, I think what has happened is, my instructions seem to be for a rear that uses the leaf spring pad bracket. Mine is minitubbed. Instructions were great until I reached that point! I called the shop and left my number so just call when ya can. Thanks again

The upper mounts have a fixture. The instructions supplied with the G-Link are for mounting the lower brackets to the stock leaf spring pads. However, the instructions do give a dimension for the rear sway bar mounts. Based on that dimension I was able to determine that the weld on brackets needed to be 39" inside to inside. So I centered the brackets on the housing tubes while maintaining the 39" inside to inside dimension. To locate the brackets radially on the housing tubes, the only drawing I saw showed the leading edge of the lower brackets parallel to the center section mounting surface. Using that information, I tack welded the brackets to the housing and installed the housing in the car. I need a 3deg up angle on my pinion and I measured this from the center section mounting surface. Once the axle was installed in the car I spent a good deal of time measuring and determined that the brackets were just where they needed to be. So bottom line is that you need 39" inside to inside and the leading edge of the bracket is parallel to the center section mount surface.
