      Help with antidive percentages

Im just about to finish my subframe with c5 suspension for my 69 camaro and I have run into a little problem figuring geometry. According to other post I have seen c5 stock geometry has very mild negative camber gain and low anti-dive percentages. The camber gain is pretty easy to double, but its the AD that has me stumped. According to the performance trends download a 2001 vette has 53.9% AD which doesn't sound low to me. What would be an acceptable figure for a aggressive street setup or should I try to tune it with a higher spring rate? I dont mind a firm ride but also dont want to break my back over every little bump.

As for the vehicle Im shooting for as close to 3000lb as I can get. LS1 up front minimum interior and relocated battery so the weight distribution shouldnt be terrible. COG 18"?
I also heard antidive being described as degrees. Is this the angle of the converging control arms? In that case Im a little over 6 degrees
