Yeah, I guess Jon is going to LV and then coming back to get some things done and then going back. I was thinking of telling him not to worry about my wheels until after SEMA. He's got to be running wild with getting all of his product set up and driving all over the place. He said it wasn't a problem for him though.

If we decide to wait until after SEMA to pick them up I'll hit you up again.

It was great. We all had a great day. I was just starting my final exam in EMT class when you called and I forgot to turn my phone down, LOL.
I had to hustle home to help get ready for the birthday party and got to watch about a quarter of college football. Went to the park where we had the party and it was just a perfect day on the island. About 75 and sunny. Nice breeze.

Wheels are 19x11.5 and a 335 tire. I want them to go another inch in and about 3" up. Ideally, to have the sidewall completely covered by the wheel well. We will have to further massage the wheel tubs. It's mini-tubbed and the factory wheels housing on the outboard side really slopes down and won't allow the wheel to go up in there as much as I want without a little extra massaging.

ive got soem of the same wheelhousing problems on my duster. my solution is to "clearannce" the outer wheelhousing with a 3lb hammer to stop the rub.

That's what I was thinking when I referred to "massaging" the outer wheel house, LOL. My advice for any Mopar-ites that want to mini-tub their car is to just tub it. Maybe even keep the inner wheel house for that OEM look in the trunk and use a pre-fabbed or squared off tub for the inner wheel house.

Jon or Justing can hook you up with just about any kind of wheel and provide great customer service but the New Gen wheel company is their own creation. They have plenty of great designs. This one is the New Gen Lite in 3 piece.

Looking good. I love those 335s. You'll get them in there.
How about flat black with gold minilites and gold stripe? That's my favorite color combo.

Went up to the shop again today. I had a little time to play around. We set each wheel exactly where we wanted them and pulled tape for the rear end narrowing, 57.25". Identified that the lower bars will be moved to but up against the frame rail and the leaf spring pads need to go inboard 2.75".

This is just where I want the wheel.

Not yet. As the sit in the pic where they are tucked way up in there they are about 3/4" away from the outboard wheel housing. The sidewall is also about 3/4" from lip so I might have grind that area down.
