400 rebuild first start problem

Ok.....so I posted to you guys a couple months ago about my 400 rebuild which is finally complete and in the car....new pistons , new crank and rings new edlebrock RPM cam and lifters ....edlebrock aluminum RPM heads. Very excited but can't get it to start for the first start up...seams definitly like a timing issue. Using the same MSD distributor and msd set up as before the build....but just wondering if anyone had any ideas on the timing or what else it could be. Maybe someone ran into this issue before...any help suggestions is appreciated.....thanks
