406 Crate Engine Suggestion (HELP!)

Looks like my 350 bit the dust so I need to get a new motor. I am on a budget here, and the car is already all set up to work with a small block so I don't know want to go the LS route.

I am really hoping for some advice on where I can find a "plug and play" Small Block crate engine. I have been looking online and it looks like the average price is about $6000K for a 383. I would really like to throw a 406 in their, but I haven't found a 406 crate engine anyway that isn't a custom build.
