      Front Suspension

      Well I am looking at the parts in my garage that need to be put back on my camaro. I have all the new front suspension, A arms, springs, etc., and disc brakes to put on. Right now the car has no front sheetmetal, motor, trans, anything.



      Can I put on all the new front suspension on without the weight of sheetmetal, motor, etc? Or do I need to wait and get all the weight on the car first. Can I install the new suspension, and just not tighten it up until I get the weight on it?

      You can tighten almost everything to specs without sheetmetal. The only thing you may want to wait on the the lower control arm to frame bolts.
