      tire reccomendation

First post guys. I've seen a bunch of great cars on this site and am working on a street/strip machine myself. Looking for tire and wheel help. I had 245/50/16 American Torque Thrusts on. I liked the look and performance but am looking for a touch more. I just spent all winter re-building the suspension. I will probably go with Americasn racing torque thrust Ds, or TTOs. Is 17" too much?... ANy help is appreciated.

17's or even 18's would look great! Give me a call and we can discuss the car and find what will work best for your application.

For performance rubber you are much better off stepping up to a 17" or 18" rim. Much better selections available over 16" stuff.
