Aluminum Intake runner - gauge size?
Making a 4" intake for 90mm TB out of Aluminum tube. I have a choice of material/wall thickness - what gauge to use? 11 (.120"), 14 (.083") or 16 (.065")?

16ga (.065") is fine and should be the least expensive
