      interior LED lights

I would like to replace my dome and foot well lights with a LED conversions. Does anyone know of a source for these? Also wandering how they look with the factory dome light lens.
      Thanks

I don't know of any foot well LED lights but Classic Industries has a dome LED light, just bought one when they had their 20% off sale:

On the well lights you might be able to adapt some generic LEDs wire them up and make a bracket to hold them in the same spot, just an idea. LEDs are very directional have to take that into account.

Does it put off alot of light when the lens is on? My wife's Infinity has them from the factory and they are pretty cool looking.

You can get these from a number of vendors. Do an Ebay search for LED Festoon lights for the dome and just pull the footwell lights to get the type and do a web search. I think I paid all of about a dollar a piece to replace all my 194 bulbs with LEDs, the festoons were a couple of dollars. If you want to go with one of the custom LED circuit boards types you will pay quite a bit more but they are still no too bad.

I don't have it installed yet, but I did test it out and its a lot more light but seems more directional thou the opaque lense seems to scatter it a bit better when on. Nice thing about it my old dome light base was all melted from the heat of a normal buld so much so I had to replace it. The LED lights give off pretty much zero heat.

I bought a bunch of LEDs from www.superbrightleds.com and they work great for the interior

I used these in Cool White under the dash and in other spots:

And a matching festoon bulb in the dome light
