      Computer Experts - Need Advice

Hopefully someone on here has some computer expertise and can help with this problem.

On our desktop, the hard disk is divided into two partitions, recovery and windows. I am trying to reinstall XP on a new partition (corrupted original install), however the hard drive does not have any free space left (7mb) that is unpartitioned.

Is there any way to reduce the size of the windows partion? It's 146gb or something like that with 115gb free.

Try this, I don't think there's anything in XP that will do that.

yep you need a partition management tool. easeus is good so is gparted http://gparted.sourceforge.net . Make sure you have a back up before you go messing with the partition you could loose everything.
