      71 buick, no headlights

      ok i could use some help as electrical isnt my high point, my 71 skylark has no headlights all other lights work, turn signals,running lights, brake lights, dome light, all lights but the head lights. ive changed the headlight switch, no difference, changed the headlights themselves no change. i could use some guidance here please.

      Check the ground wires running off the headlight connector... should be mounted to the rad support.

      ............and check the fusible links at the starter. The headlights are on their own circuit and have their own link.

      Maybe a silly question, but do you have a meter? There was no mention of verifying power to anything in the first post. Since a couple others have offered common sources of problems I'll add one more to check. The dimmer switch.
