tie-rod adapter bushings

Anybody used something like this before and know where to get just a bushing? If you're unsure what it is, this is used as an "insert" into the steering arm/knuckle on the spindle and will allow a non-tapered bolt to go through the hole to use a rod end rather than a typical tie-rod end. I'm having a hard time finding something that I can use to change from a tie rod to a rod end and relocate the rod end from the above the steering arm to below. Don't have pics but can get them tomorrow if this isn't making sense. Thanks for any help.
