      Mustang Feedback

I had an idea for my 66 coupe involving Maier flares and the side exhaust from an "E2" kit. Has any1 seen how this combo looks?

I would think it would look similar to the Mustang Depot E coupe

Maier flares? What size flares? Some one in my town has the big maiers flares on his 66 coupe and it look BAD and not in the good way. The e2 exhaust looks good if your running the side skirts and if not I would look at the jba side exhaust kit, it looks like the 66-67 trans am mustang exhaust.

Yeah, the Maier flares come in different sizes. They've got their "E" flares (Eleanor style): http://www.mustangdepot.com/Media/e-gallery.htm . And then they have the much bigger trans am style racing flares. The big flares only look right if the rest of the car has the same look:
