      G-Body Centerlink for Improved Geometry?

These are new on the market.... any feedback?

Improved geometry drag link relocates the inner tie rod end to shorten both tie rod assemblies, which improves steering geometry by reducing the excessive toe out that is common to GM Metric chassis during normal suspension travel (bump steer).

I am trying to research this for a friend of mine. In searching online, the new improved one seems to be the same as an 82-92 camaro one. Still trying to figure it out.

That makes sense, Chris. The G-body and 3rd gens did share a good bit of the front suspension, well, except for those strut things. Good to see the circle track guys making stuff that works for more than just driving in circles.

Update- Afco sez they're OK, but info from other manufacturers of almost identical parts & further examination shows it can't be good for anything other than oval track. It changes the pitman arm & idler arm angles & creates 2 different geometries for the wheels...

The right way to do it for a G-machine is to get Howe's adjustable center link #23399:

The end studs for the idler and pitman can be adjusted in height. There is a better picture in Howe's flyer found here:
