FS or Trade: Richmond 5 Speed - Memphis, TN

I've got an extra Richmond 5 speed that I no longer need. I bought it when I thought that I was going to need a new transmission. The previous owner said it shifted well. The gear oil that came out of it looked good, no chunks. It shifts well into each gear on the bench. Currently just resides in a project that I would have to cut the floorboard out of to make it work, so I need an internally shifted transmission.

Also included in the sale is a Hurst competiton plus shifter and Centerforce 26 spline clutch.

      Gear ratos: 3.28, 2.13, 1.57, 1.24, 1.00
      GM input shaft 26 spline

      Asking 1700.00 Shipped.

      I will trade for a TKO, TR-3500, Tko-500 or TKO-600 GM Application

What did it come out of? Would it work in a first gen without too much surgury?

It is currently mocked up in a first gen Firebird, you'll need a crossmember and to fab up a shifter offset via David Pozzi's site to use it with a console. But It's a seemless conversion really.

Do you still have the richmond 5 for sale? Would it be an easy sway into my 69 442?

Yes, just swapped it into my 68 to make sure everything was 100%.

You'll need to fabricate a crossmember and get a bop bell housing.

Otherwise it is bolt in without a console. You'll have to get creative to get it to work with a console.

It will work with the bellhousing, you'll just need to swap clutches.
