More efficient/ upgrade for GM windows and locks

Problem
Stock GM windows are very slow. Ford windows will cut your finger off. Same for the lock actuators.

Goal
Looking for a more efficient/ powerful motor for power windows as with the power locks while retaining the stock regulators and lock assy.

Background Info
car is a 78 T/A
I have read about installing a relay in the window circuit. This is a possibility.
