      New to Pro Touring

I have a 69 Chevelle Malibu that is painted and has a 383 with a Muncie 4 speed. It has 4 wheel drum brakes, non power. I am right in the middle of replacing the front A arms and putting 4 wheel disc brakes on. I took a power steering and steering box from a 69 Skylark and it is working well. I had the box rebuilt with close ratio gearing. A good start but a long way to go B4 it carves and stops like it should.

The arms are from Toms Classic, inexpensive but sturdy. Eibach lowering springs. Speaking of springs, are isolators needed or necessary ? I want it as quiet as possible but I also want the car to ride pretty low. I can't find any info on this by searching this forum.
