Need Floor Jack Suggestions

Hey everyone, well my 12 year old 3.5 ton Costco special jack finally stopped jacking all the way up. It was great for a long time especialy for somewhere around $80 bucks. I'm going to keep it around and see if someone can rebuild the ram cheap so I have a back up but i'm on the search for a new reliable jack. I've searched all around and I can't seem to find a jack that i'm really impressed with. I checked costco/sams, sears website but most of the ones on there in my price range have fairly poor reviews, Harbor Freight has one jack that has excellent reviews, but I don't know how I feel about buying a floor jack from there. I've checked local hardware stores, home depot, lowes, everywhere i could think. I'd prefer to stay local to save shipping costs and to make sure if i have a problem i can take it back so probably no internet ordering. Anyway, sorry for the long explanation, i just really need some input. I need something reliable, not only for my hobby but i do some side work and need to know i can rely on my tools. Anyway, I need something with a fairly low saddle, and my budget is about $150, i might be able to go a little higher if it's a REALLY good jack for the money. Please help, i really need to get one in the next couple weeks. Thanks!
