      Thanks for compiling a list of great videos. While the Trans Am racing awesomeness speaks for itself, what always startles me about these videos is the trackside atmosphere. It's busy, yet chill . . . just festive. It's a far cry from any of the Grand Prixs or NASA events I've attended.

      ^^That episode of American Muscle Car is weird. They have lots of footage of cars that weren't really in the series, the GT350's being the most blatant example.


      Forget the current official Trans Am series. It became a different beast a long time ago. The Grand Am Continental Tires Sports Car Challenge is basically the revival of old Trans Am.

      These are the best race series going today !!
      I've seen the Continental Tire Series at Barber Motorsports Park . It was constant excitement from beginning to end !!
