Chevelle Front-End Weight for coil over kit?
So what to do, I am thinking of upgading to coil overs in the front on my Chevelle 1970. The thing I am wondering about is what front end weight and spring rate sould I have in mind when picking coil overs?
I was thinking of going for the Qa1 coil over kit that recommends 1,500-1,7000 Ibs front end weight and spring rate 250Ibs/in.
The engine that is going in the car is a Ls1 with a 4L80 transmission. I can not weigh the car since it is in a 1000 pieces in my garage and I am now puting it back together.
