      A Merry Protouring Christmas!

Every Christmas the Delancey Street foundation opens Christmas tree lots nationally They are an organization that helps substance abusers, ex-convicts, homeless and others who have hit bottom. They give them jobs all across the US. Its a worthy cause and while the trees may not be as cheap as home depot, I'd rather help an ex con or drug addict than deal with a home depot parking lot.

      Info on the organization: http://www.delanceystreetfoundation.org/

I go every year for a tree and this year I don't have a daily driver to get a tree so I figured why not pick up a tree the proper way. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves....

Everyone enjoyed the novelty of it and the manager had a nice cherry 1980s Bronco that we chatted about a bit.

That white tent is the Christmas Tree lot. My foot must have slipped... Fastest Xmas tree in the USA!

Everyone in my neighborhood drives a damn prius thinking they're helping the planet, but they buy a new one every 2 years

      Ralphie loves the Camaro!

There you have it! A protouring Christmas! Maybe I can strap it back on the roof for a track day for extra laughs. It'll add downforce

Very cool work-project helping folks out.
What's even cooler; the Camaro gets driven everywhere, just as it should.
From '93 to 2000 my Monte would get an Xmas tree stuffed in the trunk, one great way to get the pine tree smell in the car...lol

U da Man! So cool! I wish I could have seen the looks on the faces of passerbys. I bet the Prius drivers just did not get it. Great stuff.

Thanks guys. I knew you'd get a kick out of it. So did the Lot workers and people on the road.

Thanks Larry! Up next, a tow hitch and a camper for far away track events
