Amazing Vendor!

Heidt's has just made the most loyal customer out of me.

I bought their Sub from a third party supplier and after getting it powdercoated and installed, something just wasn't right. I had to "stretch" the driver's side leg of the sub about 1/2" to get it to bolt in at the rearward mount.

No biggie I thought.

Then I tried to drop my LS in, and the mounts were off by a significant amount...it just wouldn't fit. No matter how much yelling and pushing and pulling I did. I called and worked with their engineering department for a few days taking measurements and trying a few different things--they were always helpful and kind, unlike some other vendors I have worked with!


Ultimately, they said they must have goofed somehow when it was being built, and were extremely appologetic for the trouble and...are sending me out a new frame for free!

I bought this thing a year and a half ago, and they are honoring their mistake. KUDOS to this company!

I will be a Heidt's customer for life.
