      Front leaf spring mounts

So my car has been on jack stands for the last few months while I get the rear end rebuilt. I was under the car yesterday putting everything back together and I noticed the driver's side front spring eye has 3 holes for mounting it to the body...and only one of those holes actually has a bolt in it.

So seeing as how it's barely holding on, I want to get all new bolts and all new clipnut things.

      Two questions:

First, are those bolts and nuts available at local auto stores or GM dealers? Or do I have to order them from specialty places like Classic Industries?

Second, how much of a pain in the ass is it to change out the clipnut thingies? I vaguely remember hassling with them when I put in subframe connectors around 4 or 5 years ago and I was ready to strangle someone, lol.

      hey matt,

shop around you can find j nuts cheap all over the net via camaro vendors but its the shipping that might kill it. do you have a camaro only vendor around you? might want to check you local body shop supply houses also.
      Don't forget our vendors:

they change out easy, just pry out through the rectangular slot adjacent to the hole.

Well Classic Industries is only about an hour away, I was just hoping I could get them at NAPA or maybe a local Chevy dealer. I guess the odds of places having obscure parts for a 40 year old car are pretty slim, lol.
