      Brake line?

I have a 71 chevelle that came with manual drum all the way around
Im installing A baer track system 2 piston calipers 13"rotors in front and hop to be putting rear disks which setup im not sure yet on the back.
I will probably use a power booster
My question is are the steel lines for a disk brake setup any different?
While there is no motor in it I was gonna replace all the steel lines and there is a different listing from year one for different setups but I dont think Ive ever read about anyone changing those lines.
Also do I need to use a different proportioning valve?
      Thanks

Typically 3/16" is standard. Some have gone to 1/4" line. I would always run an adjustable proportioning valve.
