      UCA bushing material

What would be the better material for UCA bushings, polyurethane or greeseable Delrin?

Delrin is better. It is much smoother than polyurethane.

Poly can squeak, cause stiction (affecting performance and ride quality), and oblong over time. Delrin is far superior. The only downside to delrin bushings is cost. But you get what you pay for.
