      295/35/18

      Hello

Is anyone running a 295/35/18 tire on a 18X9.5 rim?
Could anyone tell me if they would fit?
      Pictures would be great.

      Thanks
      Rob

      His profile says it's a 68 Chevelle.

They fit on my second generation Trans Am.

I just want to know if the tire will fit on the rim?
Because the specs on the tire says min. 10" wide rim.

      Thanks

Sure it will. Just have a tad more sidewall bulge is all.

295 is just a tiny bit wider than optimum for that wheel width, but it will fit and look just fine. We normally spec out 275 for a 9.5" wheel, 295 for a 10" wheel. If these are for the rear, they will look nice on any musclecar.

      Thanks Guys
      I was thinking 285/40/18 or 295/35/18.
Also I want to use Nitto Invo and they don't have 285/40/18. It's a jump from 275/40/18 to 295/35/18.
Nothing in between. And I think the 275/40/18 aren't wide enough for me.
I want to fit as wide as I can under my 68 Chevelle.
      Front will be 245/45/17.
