Why spend money on something fake when you can save that money ($52.99 + tax) and put that towards something real?
Personally I wouldn't worry about it "looking silly" anyways, worry about it performing well.
But one thing I do know would look silly... a 1968 Firebird cruising down the road on rims with no tires and simulated rear discs.
If you're really concerned about it, spray your drums flat black with a dollar or two of paint to hide them a bit, and call it a day.
Spend your money on tires or real rear discs.
