      EFI help

I have put a new holley efi setup onto a 496 bbc
the car was ran prior to the efi install.
the fuel tank, pump, lines, intake manifold were replaced and the throttle body, injectors, rails and pressure regulator were added
now according to the ecm we have no fuel pressure, and are getting no spark. the msd box was not swapped and the harness is supposedly compatable
we are having intermittant power from the box to the coil , both are newer msd parts.
when i pull the line apart on the backside of the manifold i have fuel but the sensor reads no pressure.
      any help would be great

Do you have a good ground between the engine and chassis. A lot of sensors use a reference voltage, and a bad ground path will throw them off. Just a thought.

I have spent the day going through the wiring harness and solved a few issues there. The grounds where good, issue with fuel pressure was cause by the pin being loose in the harness. Fuel pressure is now reading where it should be at and that side of the system is happy. After going through the ignition side, I found by yanking the distributor and having it tested my new one is a dud. Burned out module. Waiting for a replacement module and we shall see if that cures my issues.

Replaced the module in the distributor and after retiming the engine it fired right up, now its just getting the tune dialed in
