Good luck with your "rally". I started something like that here in the Northeast in 2008 (hence my screen name)and it's been a moderate success, as far as I'm concerned.
It definitely gives people more of a chance to DRIVE their cars, instead of just sitting at a show all day and looking at the cars parked
