      Noisy Rear Suspension?

      Hello Everyone,

I have a 1967 mustang fastback, and I am thinking of purchasing the TCI rear torque arm suspension.

My questions is, has anyone installed this suspension, and do the end links (heim joints) make a lot of noise? I had a 68 Camaro that had traction bars with those type of end links and they were really noisy. Any thoughts or comments are greatly appreciated.

      Thanks

It would depend on the quality of the rod end..

I have the TCI torque arm. The only heim joints in my system are on the ends of the sway bar and the pinion angle support bars. Neither are in a position in which they would cause a lot of noise. The trailing arms and toque arm are poly bushings.

Thanks guys. I just wasnt sure about what causes most of the noise. I'm still trying to decide between the TCI torque arm, and the air ride technologies airbar, but with coilovers. Whichever would work best with a mini tub, and have good strength, and ride quality.
