      My curious question...

I'm curious, the norm here seems to be manual transmission, but I did notice the blue camaro on the cover of Camaro performers has a TH350....I have heard that these won't hold up to a road course.......so, what is better, automatic or manual?

    2. Manual is as you can use the engine as well as brakes to slow down + you get full control of gear selecting and with a manual you will have more HP on your rear wheels. Having said that a sequential manual would be best as it loses even less power than a manual and gear shifting is as fast as an automatic. The sequentials even if all you save is 0.1 of a second (i think it is more, but 0.1 is safe) over a few laps that 0.1 becomes seconds worth of difference.

But in general yes, Manual over auto (Cheaper to maintain and pretty much last forever)
