The new Cobalt has a very brilliant blue option. Of course, working with HOK's Oriental blue with a flake addition and a brite base color would get something similar.
Getting to know your paint jobber would be a good thing also as they can help you with custom mixes and advice.

HOK Majik Blue, mid coat with a micro blue flake from OSF and off you go.

Edit: The blue in this hood is the Majik Blue Pearl.

Is the material expensive from HOK? And is it difficult to work with? It´s not my self who is gonn´a spray it but it´s nice to know so I can tell him...

And it would be nice to see some pics with the colours that you give me..

      Thank´s for now..
      Henrik

I have always LOVED Toyota's Royal Saphire Pearl.

It has just the right amount of purple in it. Add a tiny bit of plue flake or pearl and that color would scream.

HOK doesn't cost anymore than the competition, and is as easy to use.

This is my grandmas car. Its pretty close to electron blue but it has a very fine silver fleck, and lots of it. I think electron blue uses a rather large fleck. I could probably find out what the paint is if you like.

new pontiac color, blue with a green pearl. dont remember the name, saw it on the lot. should be a reasonable cost paint if factory is using it.

      Blue paint

Check out the BMW Montrealblue Pearl. I believe that is it. A guy I work with has an 89 M5 painted that color. I think it's great although I'm using a blue pealcoat from a new Chrysler 300.

I like the blue on the WRX's. Probably what i'm going to paint my car with. Looks really good in the sun with a couple coats of Zaino on it. Here's a random pic I pulled off the web to give you an idea:

I'm partial to LeMans blue (GM factory color). It looks real nice in the sun and has just enough 'depth'.

The subaru blue that Steve Rupp used on his 69 is absolutely gorgeous. Two other blues that are nice is a Mazda color and a Nissan. Seen both on the RX8 and 350Z. I like both.

Subaru Blue is not an option.. Two of my friends has Subarus..
Another friend of mine has a Skyline R34 Blue metallic and that colour is also realy nice. I´ve also looked at the Mazda blue and it´s awsome but a want a darker blue but when the sun hits it, it must light up with a more lightblue colour. Like Electron Blue..But not then again not El. blue..I think.
