Here are some pix of my 1st pro touring project, 70.5 rs z/28.
The car was a very good foundation, minimal rust,(one rust spot behind the passenger rear wheel).
I decided to start with the paint and body while te weather is good, in the winter i am taking the suspension down and upgrading, using some good tips from lurking this site.
I have bought the tires and wheels boss 18x8 and 18x9.5 tires are goodyear f1 supercar, 255/45 front , 285/40 rear.
Engine and trans are matching # so they will stay 350 with a super t10 4 speed.
I will post pics as i go..

If i can't find some original seats i am going with some nice after market seats, the interior is actually pretty nice, these are old pics i stripped the inside since, all the exterior trim and chrome has been taken to the chrome shop, to get it re-chromed and polished.
the color is a prowler orange base with a touch of red pearl.
I opted to go with a 81 z/28 cowl induction hood.Used to be known as shikar
