      69 pro touring nova

      hello i own a 69 nova that i wan to make into a protouring car.
      i dont have infinite money and do everything at home.
      heres a list of what i have done:
      new brakes c4 rotor/C6 calipers c3 master
      vintage wheel works v45 17x8 front 17x9.5 with nitto nt555
      247/45/17 front 275/40/17 rear
      del-ulum bushings up front with g mod
      stock upper and lower control arms
      solid frame mounts
      guldstrand front springs and shocks

      what i want:
      ls series engine or similiar
      guldstrand rear springs/shocks
      ford 8.8 rear axle from explorer
      tko 500
      and whatever else i think of along the way

      heres some pics of current condition


      the body needs work and is slowing my upgrades


      heres the front suspension


      sway bar is missing and will come soon

      Been a while but I got a ford 8.8 and had the axles drilled today just got to put it in

      I also began painting the hood. I'm uses a brush to paint the car so I'm wet sanding the car
      It will take forever but will look nice in the end and cheap only $80 so far. Will load a pic soon

      Dont worry about the paint so much, just make the thing run like champ take it to the track drive the snot out of it and when you have the right stance and all suspension sorted out then paint it, if the paint bothers you rattle can it all one color, flat black
