      getting closer!!

I have been working on the '69 almost everyday now. It's at the body shop getting the rest of the body put on.. Here are a couple of pics from today..

The final ride height will be 2" lower than what it is now...

      SW,
Exceptional. 2" lower may be too much. I'll be driving around Dallas & Houston in a coupla weeks. Are you in either of those areas?

      Thanks guys, I can't wait!

Steve, I am in Austin, 200 miles from Dallas, 170 from Houston. Please let me know if you can make it my way.. Also, I might go 1" lower all around at first..

I'd definitely go 1" lower, SW. 2" may be a bit too slammed. JMHO, though. Looks great!!! Gotta love black.

The progress on that car is flying by! Looks great and I must say from personal experience that 2" will be fine for the back but close in the front. I cant wait to see it if you do lower it 2 more inches.
I am pretty sure 2" lower will put the fender line below the top of the wheel. Thats really close to the height of "rebuilt" Big Red.

Right. So 1" then. Big Red is a full frame car--Channelled body and all.

      I like it

It's okay, if you like awesome 69 Camaro's with tricked out motors, just-right stance, carved-out-of-billet-by-the-gods wheels and slick black paint that's deep enough to dive into.

If I say any more it'll be too much!

Your car is looking fantastic. Solid black looks mean and the Fikse wheels are perfect for the 69's. Congrats!
