      427 Ls1

I know someone who is working on a 427 LS1 and is in need of some pistons. He can't seem to find them any where. Anyone here have any ideas?

Diamond Pistons should make a set, and I think they might do custom pistons if not. Not sure on the URL for 'em, but they should have something? If they don't, contact one of the larger LS1 tuners and see what they use.

      Here are two:
      www.cartek.net
      www.motorsporttech.com

      Who built the motor?

Edit: I Think this is the URL for Diamond: http://www.diamondracing.net/

      Some choices

We need more information: what's the bore and stroke? 4.125 x 4.000? Or something else.

As Ralph says, Diamond makes anything you want. Lunati makes a fine rotating assembly complete with pistons. Mahle, JE, Ross are all players.

Give Mike at Rapid Motorsports a call. He can fix you up.
