      body bushing help?

      I have a 68 camaro and im putting the body bushings on and need to know if the thicker bushing mounts in the back part of the subframe or the middle? I have no paper work. any help would be good. thanks

      I always thought the middle and rear mounts were thicker than the core support. You only have one set thicker than the other two?

      I will be going to solid mounts later but the set of rubber mounts i have the middle and rear are to diff. thickness. maybe a bad set? and the core support bushing i cant mistake which ones those are.

      thats where we have always put them ( when we used to use them). It might be dependant on the manufacturer. It would help to know which brand.

      The oddball pair go on the core support. The back 4 are the same. Whichever is the oddball (thicker or thinner) go on the core support. It is all manufacturer dependent.
